I was phoned a day in advance that if I could - please show up between 8-8:30 AM due to doctor needed to leave early for surgery. I got there at 8:30 AM call back to exam for x-ray at 9:50 AM - doctor showed up at 10:10 AM - I had to wait there for nurse to get wrist brace and left at 10:40 AM.

Receptionist was in lobby straightening out & cleaning up. She said she did that a few times a day so patients felt comfortable. She knows about customer service. Wish I got her name.

Needs better bedside service (be more empathetic). He shared possible worst case scenario. I went away scared, and tried not to think of possible worst case but it has consumed me. I don't have appt. for next steps until Feb. for *Vanderhoof & *Cupoloff. *Cupoloff needs to slow down. I felt rushed during all of the clinical diagnosis. Felt like he was incompetent when he was looking (not reading) results from test.

Care was OK. Follow-up in getting scripts to other offices for service was POOR. I had to call 2 places 3 times then the office (dr.) my scripts were never sent for *Cupoloffs services.
