George Gendy, MD is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training. In addition to general orthopedics he specializes in fractures, bunions, hammer toes, painful flat feet, Morton’s neuroma, Achilles tendon rupture, as well as knee, foot and ankle arthritis. He is one of a few Orthopedic Surgeons able to offer total ankle replacements as well as total hip and total knee replacements.
Dr. Gendy treats many athletes on the professional, collegiate, and high school level. He understands that disorders of the musculoskeletal system and joints can create a great amount of disability and discomfort and that all problems are not solved with surgery; in fact, many conditions can be treated with physical therapy and other non-surgical therapies.
